Abstract
A procedure to correct the supra tarsal depression observed in aging people is described. It is an adaptation of the procedure described for corrections of the same problem occurring after enucleation. After taking a mold, a silicone implant is created. It will be inserted behind the orbital septum of the upper eyelid to compensate for the fat resorption of the middle fat compartment.
