[Role of the dentist in the diagnosis of AIDS. Clinical case].

The case of a young male patient who consulted because of his poor oral health is reported. AIDS was suspected to exist by the dentist on account of an oral candidiasis. He was sent to a specialized center and AIDS was confirmed. Dentist must be trained in stomatology diagnosis in order to strongly cooperate with health equipment.
