Two cases of chronic, cavernous pulmonary tuberculosis with bacilli resistant to several drugs are presented. Both patients were treated with a new antituberculous drug ofloxacin. The agent was used with other antituberculous drugs. Sputum negativization was seen in only one of the patients, while the in other only a decrease of dissemination was observed.
本文报告了两例慢性空洞型肺结核病例，其结核杆菌对多种药物耐药。两名患者均接受了新型抗结核药物氧氟沙星治疗。该药物与其他抗结核药物联合使用。仅一名患者痰菌转阴，而另一名患者仅观察到播散减少。
