To describe topographic and endoscopic anatomy of guinea pig ear for development of surgical approaches in experimental studies.
Experimental study. Eight adult guinea pigs (Cavia porcellus) were used in this study. Four animals were described through endoscopic view and four animals were used to describe topographic anatomy.
The main structures of middle ear were well identified through endoscopy view: oval and round window, ossicles and vascular structures. Temporal bone position, landmarks and its relations to skull are perceived with topographic description.
Topographic anatomic description allowed exposition of temporal bone relations for external surgical approaches. Alternatively, grooves and middle ear structures were identified and may be used to transcanal accesses.
描述豚鼠耳部的局部解剖和内镜解剖,以用于实验研究中手术入路的开发。
实验研究。本研究使用了8只成年豚鼠(豚鼠属)。4只动物通过内镜观察进行描述,4只动物用于描述局部解剖。
通过内镜观察可以很好地识别中耳的主要结构:椭圆窗和圆窗、听小骨和血管结构。通过局部描述可以了解颞骨的位置、标志及其与颅骨的关系。
局部解剖描述有助于阐述颞骨关系,为外部手术入路提供依据。另外,识别出的沟和中耳结构可用于经耳道入路。
