Abstract

Drynaria bonii H. Christ, a Vietnam traditional medicinal plant, is used for the treatment of osteoporosis, bone fractures, tinnitus, etc. (Ho PH. 2002. Vietnamese plants. Hanoi: Publisher of Young; Loi DT. 2004. Medicinal plants and remedy of Vietnam. Hanoi: Publisher of Medicine). Based on column chromatography, a new glucoside named drybonioside (5) and four known compounds α-tocopherol (1), 24-methylencycloartan-3β-ol (2), triphyllol (3) and ethyl β-D-fructopyranoside (4) were isolated and identified from hexane and methanol extracts of D. bonii. The structures of new compound were elucidated on the basis of NMR and MS spectroscopic analysis.

越南传统药用植物毛轴碎补(Drynaria bonii H. Christ)用于治疗骨质疏松症、骨折、耳鸣等(何PH. 2002. 越南植物。河内:青年出版社;洛伊DT. 2004. 越南药用植物与疗法。河内:医学出版社)。通过柱色谱法,从毛轴碎补的己烷和甲醇提取物中分离并鉴定出一种名为骨碎补糖苷(5)的新糖苷以及四种已知化合物α-生育酚(1)、24-亚甲基环阿尔廷醇(2)、三叶豆紫檀苷(3)和β-D-吡喃果糖苷乙酯(4)。基于核磁共振(NMR)和质谱(MS)光谱分析阐明了新化合物的结构。
