Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the chemical constituents of Lagotis brevituba.

METHOD

The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, polyamide column chromatography, and semi-preparative HPLC, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of analysis of IR,NMR, 2D-NMR, and MS spectra.

RESULT

Two compounds were obtained and were identified as phenylethanoid glucosides, lagotiside A (1) and acteoside (2), respectively.

CONCLUSION

Compound 1 is a new compound and named as lagotiside A.

摘要

目的

研究短管兔耳草的化学成分。

方法

采用硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱法对化学成分进行分离纯化,并通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱、二维核磁共振谱及质谱分析对其结构进行鉴定。

结果

得到两个化合物,分别鉴定为苯乙醇苷类的兔耳草苷A(1)和洋丁香酚苷(2)。

结论

化合物1为新化合物,命名为兔耳草苷A。
