Abstract
IL-1 and IL-2 interleukins have been studied in patients with diffuse psoriasis en papules et plaques in the stationary stage. The results evidence increased production of IL-1 and its reduced reception by the immunocompetent cells. The lymphocytes have been characterized by a reduced IL-2 synthesis and its lower binding with IL-2-sensitive cells.
摘要
白细胞介素-1（IL-1）和白细胞介素-2（IL-2）已在静止期泛发性丘疹和斑块状银屑病患者中进行了研究。结果表明，IL-1的产生增加，而免疫活性细胞对其的接受减少。淋巴细胞的特征是IL-2合成减少，且与IL-2敏感细胞的结合降低。
