Abstract

Parabotia fasciata is a small-sized benthopelagic fish species in the family Cobitidae. In the present study, we reported the complete mitochondrial genome of P fasciata. The complete mitochondrial genome of P. fasciata was 16,590 bp in length, which contained 13 protein-coding genes, 2 rRNA genes, 22 tRNA genes, a control region, and an L-strand replication origin (OL). Besides, its overall nucleotide base composition of mitogenome was 31.28% for A, 25.83% for T, 15.72% for G and 27.17% for C, as well as an AT content of 57.11%.

条纹副鳅是鳅科的一种小型底栖性鱼类。在本研究中,我们报道了条纹副鳅的完整线粒体基因组。条纹副鳅的完整线粒体基因组长度为16,590 bp,包含13个蛋白质编码基因、2个rRNA基因、22个tRNA基因、一个控制区和一个轻链复制起点(OL)。此外,其线粒体基因组的总体核苷酸碱基组成为:A占31.28%,T占25.83%,G占15.72%,C占27.17%,AT含量为57.11%。
