We investigated the measurement of blood flow of saphenous vein graft by Doppler Catheter. Under operation of femoro-popliteal bypass graftings (3 cases with 5 grafts of arteriosclerosis obliterans) with reversed saphenous vein grafts, blood flow of saphenous vein graft was measured. At the same time, blood flow of saphenous vein graft was measured by electromagnetic flowmeter. And the values obtained by Doppler Catheter (y) and those obtained by electromagnetic flowmeter (x) were compared. As a result, a good corelationship (y = 0.752 x -14.9, r = 0.836, p = 0, n = 20) was obtained. In conclusion, we suggest that the values of saphenous vein graft can be measured by Doppler Catheter. We actually measured the blood flow of saphenous vein graft with CABG. The measurement was thought to be possible.
我们采用多普勒导管研究了大隐静脉移植血管血流量的测量。在进行股腘动脉搭桥术(3例,共5条动脉硬化闭塞症患者的移植血管)时,使用大隐静脉逆向移植,测量大隐静脉移植血管的血流量。同时,用电磁流量计测量大隐静脉移植血管的血流量。比较多普勒导管测得的值(y)和电磁流量计测得的值(x)。结果发现两者具有良好的相关性(y = 0.752x - 14.9,r = 0.836,p = 0,n = 20)。总之,我们认为可以用多普勒导管测量大隐静脉移植血管的值。我们在冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)中实际测量了大隐静脉移植血管的血流量,认为该测量是可行的。
