Laparoscopy is an useful endoscopic method. It retains its deserved priority in the examination of the peritoneum and the differential diagnosis of ascites. In the focal and diffuse diseases of the parenchymal organs (liver, spleen) it complements the imaging methods (ultrasound tomography, computed tomography) especially in the cases when their potentialities are limited by the character of the pathologic process.
腹腔镜检查是一种有用的内镜检查方法。它在腹膜检查和腹水鉴别诊断中保持着应有的优先地位。在实质性器官（肝脏、脾脏）的局灶性和弥漫性疾病中，它补充了成像方法（超声断层扫描、计算机断层扫描），特别是在其潜力因病理过程的性质而受到限制的情况下。
