It is established on the liposomes, lipid and proteolipid monolayers, that the first process of bounding of oxytocin with plasmatic membrane of smooth muscle cells of small intestine is the interaction of hormone molecules with molecules of membrane lipids, adsorption and the instillation of peptide into lipid mono- and bilayer.
