Abstract

Eight bibenzyl derivatives, namely dendrocandins J-Q (1-8), were isolated from the stems of Dendrobium candidum. Their structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR experiments and mass spectrometry. Compounds 1-8 were examined for antioxidant activity by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radical scavenging assay, and the IC50 values were 36.8, 70.2, 45.0, 60.5, 87.6, 50.4, 22.3, and 30.3 μM, respectively.

从铁皮石斛茎中分离出8种联苄衍生物,即石斛菌素J - Q(1 - 8)。通过一维和二维核磁共振实验及质谱对其结构进行了鉴定。采用1,1 - 二苯基 - 2 - 苦基肼自由基清除法对化合物1 - 8的抗氧化活性进行了检测,其半数抑制浓度(IC50)值分别为36.8、70.2、45.0、60.5、87.6、50.4、22.3和30.3μM。
