Abstract

A 44-year-old man presented with hematuria. A diagnosis of right renal vein aneurysm without arteriovenous fistula and arteriovenous malformation was confirmed using computed tomographic angiography and digital subtraction angiography. The patient refused further invasive treatment, and he was discharged and remained well during the 6 months follow-up. We reviewed 13 adult cases of renal vein aneurysms reported in the English-language literature. To our knowledge, this is the first review of such a novel disease.

一名44岁男性因血尿就诊。通过计算机断层血管造影和数字减影血管造影确诊为右肾静脉瘤，无动静脉瘘和动静脉畸形。患者拒绝进一步的侵入性治疗，出院后在6个月的随访期间情况良好。我们回顾了英文文献中报道的13例成人肾静脉瘤病例。据我们所知，这是对这种罕见疾病的首次综述。
