Multilocular cystic nephroma is an uncommon and usually benign nephroblastic neoplasm. Considering its therapeutic indication, it is important to distinguish this lesion from malignant renal masses. The lesion usually shows a well-encapsulated, multilocular cystic mass on US and CT. Occasionally, imaging studies are not useful for preoperative diagnosis, however, surgical biopsy should be considered for correct pathological diagnosis.
多房性囊性肾瘤是一种罕见的、通常为良性的肾母细胞瘤。考虑到其治疗指征，将该病变与恶性肾肿块区分开来很重要。该病变在超声和CT上通常表现为边界清晰的多房性囊性肿块。偶尔，影像学检查对术前诊断并无帮助，然而，为了获得正确的病理诊断，应考虑进行手术活检。
