To explore the incidence of four types of chronic pain, i.e. headache, abdominal pain, neck & shoulder pain (NSP) and low back pain (LBP) and examine the relationship between the incidence of chronic pain and academic pressure in high school students.
A total of 3 000 high school students were randomly surveyed with a questionnaire on related issues. And the results were analyzed with a multivariate Logistic regression model.
Among them, 2 849 completed the questionnaire. And the overall incident rates of headache, abdominal pain, NSP, and LBP were 30.3%, 20.9%, 32.8% and 41.1% respectively. The students generally experienced a heavy burden of learning, a high level of stress and sleep deprivation closely related to four types of chronic pain.
As a common condition in Chinese adolescents, chronic pain is closely correlated with academic pressure.
探讨高中生头痛、腹痛、颈肩痛（NSP）和腰痛（LBP）这四种慢性疼痛的发生率，并研究慢性疼痛发生率与学业压力之间的关系。
采用问卷调查的方式对3000名高中生进行随机调查，并运用多因素Logistic回归模型对结果进行分析。
其中2849名学生完成了问卷。头痛、腹痛、颈肩痛和腰痛的总体发生率分别为30.3%、20.9%、32.8%和41.1%。学生普遍承受着沉重的学习负担、高水平的压力以及与四种慢性疼痛密切相关的睡眠不足。
慢性疼痛作为中国青少年的常见病症，与学业压力密切相关。
