INTRODUCTION
The present study which is carried out in the field of medical anthropology seeks to investigate the meaningful medical behaviors of people with diabetes living in the village of Koohzar have taken to improve or reduce the problems associated with the disease regarding to knowledge and resources available in the country.
MATERIAL AND METHODS
Field and in-depth study are used as research methods. After determining the people with diabetes which were 17 persons, interview and questionnaire have been used to collect the data.
RESULTS
The findings indicate that 3 factors including lack of health facilities, poverty and financial problems and finally cultural issues are most influential factors in determining the health behaviors of villagers, respectively.

本研究在医学人类学领域开展，旨在调查生活在库赫扎尔村的糖尿病患者为改善或减轻与疾病相关问题所采取的有意义的医疗行为，这些行为与该国现有的知识和资源有关。
材料与方法
采用实地和深入研究作为研究方法。在确定了17名糖尿病患者后，通过访谈和问卷调查收集数据。
结果
研究结果表明，缺乏卫生设施、贫困和经济问题以及文化问题这三个因素分别是决定村民健康行为的最具影响力的因素。
