Abstract
Simultaneous dislocations of the carpometacarpal joints are relatively rare hand injuries. This is a case report of dislocations of the carpometacarpal joints II-V, combined with Bennett's fracture. The case is discussed in this article with particular reference to the therapeutical aspects.

掌指关节同时脱位是相对少见的手部损伤。本文报告一例第二至第五掌指关节脱位合并 Bennett 骨折的病例，并特别从治疗方面对该病例进行讨论。
