Abstract
A variety of dressings have been used following skin planing. Compresses are difficult to apply and simple bandages stick tight and are hard to remove. The Department of Dermatology has for several years used Collagen film, but this film is no longer commercially available. After 12 patients with acne scars underwent skin planing, synthetic polyurethanefilm (Omiderm) was applied for 7 days, with good results.

在皮肤刨削术后已使用了多种敷料。敷布难以应用，简单的绷带粘贴过紧且难以去除。皮肤科多年来一直使用胶原膜，但这种膜已不再有商业供应。12例痤疮瘢痕患者接受皮肤刨削术后，应用合成聚氨酯膜（奥美 Derm）7天，效果良好。
