Abstract
Positions of the three disulfide bridges in neurotoxin-III (RTX-III) from sea anemone Radianthus macrodactylus were determined: Cys3--Cys43, Cys5--Cys33, Cys26--Cys44. The cystine-containing peptides obtained by the staphylococcal proteinase/trypsin digestion of the intact RTX-III were investigated.
