[Epidural anesthesia with a combination of narcotic analgesics and local anesthetics in the surgical treatment of arterial occlusion of the leg].

Comparative characteristics of epidural anesthesia with local anesthetics and a combination of the latter with narcotics in the reconstruction of arterial segments of lower extremities in 123 patients were given. The use of narcotics decreases the frequency of introduction of the drugs into the epidural space, does not induce persistent arterial hypotension and practically excludes different complications associated with epidural anesthesia.
