The article presents the results of the research which was focused on the influence of smoking on the healing of peptic ulcer of different locations. It has been proved that the smoker's factor of erosive and ulcerous disorders healing is 10% lower. The level of marker of mucoid secretion in non-dissolvable mucus in gastric content in H. pylori-positive peptic ulcer smokers is lower comparing to H. pylori-negative patients. It has been concluded that smoking is an additional factor which can affect the course of peptic ulcer disease.
本文介绍了一项研究结果，该研究聚焦于吸烟对不同部位消化性溃疡愈合的影响。已证实，吸烟对糜烂性和溃疡性疾病愈合的影响因素比不吸烟者低10%。与幽门螺杆菌阴性的消化性溃疡患者相比，幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡吸烟者胃内容物中不可溶性黏液中黏液分泌标志物水平较低。研究得出结论，吸烟是影响消化性溃疡病程的另一个因素。
