The development of recurrent pyogenic granulomas as multiple satellite lesions is rare and often associated with trauma or treatment of the primary lesion. At least 34 cases of such lesions after various treatment modalities have been reported, but none occurred in conjunction with laser therapy. We report a case of recurrent pyogenic granuloma with satellite lesions that developed after carbon-dioxide laser excision of a previously recurrent lesion.
复发性化脓性肉芽肿以多发卫星状损害形式出现较为罕见，且常与原发损害的创伤或治疗相关。此前已有报道称，至少34例此类损害出现在各种治疗方式之后，但均未与激光治疗同时发生。我们报告1例复发性化脓性肉芽肿伴卫星状损害的病例，该病例是在对先前复发的损害进行二氧化碳激光切除术后出现的。
