Community Mental Health Care: new services from old systems.

An integrated service system for the mentally disabled must encompass federally supported community centers and state-supported mental hospitals. The vision, of course, has been elusive. Rational coordination and collaboration will be politically difficult but economically necessary to achieve a just--and sane--society.
