Abstract
Photometric procedure of methanol determination based on its reaction with phenyl hydrazin and dinitride sulfanilic acid was developed. The procedure was highly sensitive (0.1 microgram in the analyzed volume) and selective in the presence of phenol, furyl alcohol, methanol and furfurol.
