The paper treats of the problems of knowledge mastering in internal medicine by means of training games. The methodological recommendations are given as to the preparation and performance of the games. Evidence is provided for a wider use of the games for consolidation of the theoretical and practical skills and abilities as well as of the elements of a creative approach to the fulfilling of medical responsibilities.
