To study the chemical constituents from the hypocotyls of mangrove Bruguiera gymnorrhiza.
The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by recrystallization, silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis and comparison with literatures.
Seven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as 3-β-(Z)-coumaroyllupeol (1), dioslupecin (2), cholesterol (3), menisdaurillide (4), aquilegiolide (5) vomifoliol (6) and roseoside II (7).
Compounds 1,2 and 4 - 7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.

分离得到7个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为3-β-(Z)-香豆酰羽扇豆醇(1)、薯蓣羽扇豆素(2)、胆固醇(3)、绵枣儿内酯(4)、耧斗菜内酯(5)、vomifoliol(6)和蔷薇苷II(7)。
化合物1、2和4 - 7首次从该植物中分离得到。
