To investigate the chemical constituents from Gynanchum paniculatum.
The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, and preparative TLC. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical characteristics.
15 compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extract and identified as β-sitosterol(1), β-daucosterin (2), mudanoside A (3), paeonolide (4), santamarin (5), paeonol(6), annobraine (7), laricircsinol (8), α-asarone(9), 7-angelyheliotridine(10), β-amyrin(11), uridine(12), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)α-L-arabinopyranoside(13), kaempferol-7-O-(4", 6"-di-p-hydroxycinnamoyl-2", 3"-diacetyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(14), and (2S, E)-N-[2-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl) ethyl] ferulamide (15).
Compounds 4, 6, 8, 11, 12 and 15 are isolated from this plant for the first time, compounds 5 and 14 are firstly isolated from the palnts of Cynanchum genus.

采用硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶LH - 20柱色谱及制备薄层色谱法对化合物进行分离纯化,并根据光谱数据和理化性质鉴定其结构。
从70%乙醇提取物中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、β-胡萝卜苷(2)、木丹苷A(3)、芍药内酯(4)、山苦素(5)、丹皮酚(6)、异落叶松脂醇(7)、落叶松脂醇(8)、α-细辛醚(9)、7-当归基天芥菜定(10)、β-香树脂醇(11)、尿苷(12)、山柰酚-3 - O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→2)α-L-阿拉伯吡喃糖苷(13)、山柰酚-7 - O-(4″,6″-二对羟基肉桂酰基-2″,3″-二乙酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(14)、(2S,E)-N-[2-羟基-2-(4-羟基苯基)乙基]阿魏酸酰胺(15)。
化合物4、6、8、11、12和15为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物5和14为首次从鹅绒藤属植物中分离得到。
