The ability to hydrolyze collagen was studied in 262 cultures of spore-forming aerobic bacteria isolated from the soil, human and animal organism, from insects and also of collection strains. 53% of the studied cultures possessed the collagenolytic activity. The most active strains are isolated from the human and animal organism.
对从土壤、人和动物机体、昆虫以及保藏菌株中分离出的262株产芽孢需氧菌培养物进行了水解胶原蛋白能力的研究。53%的被研究培养物具有胶原分解活性。活性最高的菌株是从人和动物机体中分离出来的。
