Detection of mast cells in the liquid of bronchoalveolar lavage is made with the aid of staining with alcyane blue after fixation of the cytologic preparations in vapors of 40% formalin. In healthy persons, the content of mast cells in bronchial lavage constitutes 0.4-0.1%, in the majority of patients with bronchial asthma, 0.06-3.3%, and in some patients with sarcoidosis, 0.04-1.07%.
在将细胞制剂用40%甲醛蒸汽固定后，借助阿尔辛蓝染色来检测支气管肺泡灌洗液体中的肥大细胞。在健康人中，支气管灌洗中肥大细胞的含量为0.4 - 0.1%，在大多数支气管哮喘患者中为0.06 - 3.3%，在一些结节病患者中为0.04 - 1.07%。
