[Factors that are conducive to diagnostic errors in emergency abdominal surgery].

Certain subjective factors influencing the quality of diagnosis of acute surgical diseases of the abdominal cavity are analyzed. Of great importance in the process of making diagnosis is the first impression about the patient, denial factors, probability analogy, suggestive action etc. A thorough and nonroutine analysis of the errors with special reference to the factors under consideration can improve diagnosing the diseases which is one of the most difficult parts of abdominal surgery.
