[The effect of noise on the feto-placental unit (epidemiologic and experimental study)].

Epidemiologic investigations on pregnant working women with noise exposure in ear damaging range didn't astonish in regard to essential parameters like average birth weight, average duration of gravidity, hyperemesis gravidarum, abortion frequency and disablements in comparison with a control group. In an experimental study 13 pregnant women in the 18th to 21st, 28th to 31st and 34th to 37st week of pregnancy were tested against a load of 75, 85 and 95 dB(A) via earphones and by means of cardiotocogram the derivations of foetal cardiac actions were taken. During all observation phases, all derived parameters are signated within the physiological deviations considering the gestational age.
