Abstract
The increase to 30-50% of spleen weight of intact and with La leukemia C57Bl/6 mice after 5 days i.p. anticancer drug nitrosomethylurea (10(-3)-10(-8) g/kg) injection was observed. The reaction of intact spleen was more expressed than that of leukemic spleen. The growth-stimulating effect of nitrosomethylurea supersmall doses was accompanied with perturbation in 3H-thymidine cell incorporation, that assume a certain change in cell proliferation.
摘要
观察到腹腔注射抗癌药物亚硝基甲基脲（10⁻³ - 10⁻⁸ g/kg）5天后，完整的和患有La白血病的C57Bl/6小鼠脾脏重量增加至30 - 50%。完整脾脏的反应比白血病脾脏更明显。亚硝基甲基脲超小剂量的生长刺激作用伴随着³H - 胸腺嘧啶核苷细胞掺入的紊乱，这表明细胞增殖有一定变化。
