Justin Young is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at Kettering University in Flint, Michigan. Anna Arlinghaus is a Senior Researcher at GAWO e.V. in Oldenburg, Germany. Garry Gray is a Network Fellow at the Edmond J.
