11 cases of infarction with Wallerian Degeneration studied by Magnetic Resonance Imaging. It showed that MR Imaging is a very useful method to inspect Wallerian degeneration in vivo after cerebral infarction and provides a new way to study neural pathways. T2-Weighted Images can demonstrate the degenerated pyramid tract and the extent of the degeneration. T1-Weighted Images can demonstrate structural changes clearly such as the atrophy of the cerebral peduncle.
11例梗死伴华勒氏变性的病例经磁共振成像研究。结果表明,磁共振成像(MRI)是观察脑梗死后脑内华勒氏变性的一种非常有用的方法,为研究神经通路提供了一种新途径。T2加权像能显示变性的锥体束及其变性范围。T1加权像能清晰显示诸如大脑脚萎缩等结构变化。
