Abstract
Effect of sodium nitrite on the blood methemoglobin level in the rats was evaluated. The solution of sodium nitrite in various concentrations were given to 60 Wistar rats. The statistically significant increase in methemoglobin level was found in the blood of rats receiving high doses of sodium nitrite.

评估了亚硝酸钠对大鼠血液中高铁血红蛋白水平的影响。将不同浓度的亚硝酸钠溶液给予60只Wistar大鼠。在接受高剂量亚硝酸钠的大鼠血液中发现高铁血红蛋白水平有统计学意义的升高。
