Carcinoma of the lung presenting as Cushing's syndrome.

A case of bronchial carcinoma of the lung presenting as Cushing's syndrome is described. The clinical features and laboratory investigations leading to the diagnosis are outlined. The autopsy findings, histology and the ultrastructure of the tumour are illustrated and the literature is reviewed.
