Abstract
- Two cases of molluscum contagiosum diagnosed by cytologic examination were reported. 2) Cytologic findings of molluscum contagiosum are described. 3) The usefulness of cytologic examination in detection of unsuspected and/or suspected molluscum contagiosum is emphasized. 4) One molluscum contagiosum case showing coexistence of fungal organisms which seemed to be pityrosporum ovale is reported.
