The toenails and the rest of the human foot are constantly sandwiched in shoes, traumatized, and poorly supplied with blood that is necessary for normal morphology and function, resulting in more abnormal changes of the toenails (onychopathies). This article discusses briefly the following: (1) the conditions that are commonly seen in feet by podiatric practitioners; (2) clinical signs, symptoms, and etiology; and (3) differential diagnosis and care of the conditions.
人类的脚趾甲和足部其他部位一直被夹在鞋子里,受到创伤,且正常形态和功能所需的血液供应不足,导致脚趾甲出现更多异常变化(甲病)。本文简要讨论以下内容:(1)足病医生在足部常见的病症;(2)临床体征、症状及病因;(3)这些病症的鉴别诊断与护理。
