To explore the significance of noninvasive central blood pressure detection in blood pressure management and vessel function assessment of hypertension.
A total of 348 subjects were recruited in the study and A-pulse CASP software were derived to measure the parameters of CASP and vessel function. The recruited subjects were divided into different groups for analysis according to age and disease.
(1) CASP in hypertension group were both higher than those in normal group, while RAI and PRT lower. (2) Hypertensive patients of which brachial blood pressure were controlled have lower CASP and RAI than those above the level. (3) Hypertensive patients whose brachial blood pressure were controlled have significantly higher CASP than normal subjects.
Central blood pressure is more reflective of actural blood pressure and vessel function. Enhanced control of CASP in hypertensive patients contributes to improving vessel compliance.
探讨无创中心血压检测在高血压血压管理及血管功能评估中的意义。
本研究共纳入348名受试者,采用A-pulse CASP软件测量CASP及血管功能参数。根据年龄和疾病将纳入的受试者分为不同组进行分析。
(1)高血压组的CASP均高于正常组,而RAI和PRT低于正常组。(2)肱动脉血压得到控制的高血压患者的CASP和RAI低于未达标的患者。(3)肱动脉血压得到控制的高血压患者的CASP显著高于正常受试者。
中心血压更能反映实际血压及血管功能。加强对高血压患者CASP的控制有助于改善血管顺应性。
