Pancreatic tuberculous abscess is rare and has been reported only in the past five years. An association with the acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) is suggested. Extensive drainage and appropriate antibiotic therapy is recommended. Intrapancreatic abscesses should be cultured for M. tuberculosis and, if identified, the patient should be studied for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection.
胰腺结核性脓肿较为罕见，仅在过去五年中有相关报道。提示其与获得性免疫缺陷综合征（艾滋病）有关。建议进行广泛引流并给予适当的抗生素治疗。胰腺内脓肿应进行结核分枝杆菌培养，若检测到结核分枝杆菌，应对患者进行人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染检查。
