The complete mitochondrial genome of Hemigrammus bleberi was obtained by the traditional polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based sequencing approach. The mitogenome of H. bleberi was determined as 17 021bp in length, including 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA genes and 2 ribosomal RNA genes. Phylogenetic tree was constructed based on the complete mitogenomes of the species and closely related 21 teleost species to assess their phylogenetic relationship and evolution.
通过基于传统聚合酶链反应（PCR）的测序方法获得了布氏半线脂鲤的完整线粒体基因组。布氏半线脂鲤的线粒体基因组长度确定为17021bp，包括13个蛋白质编码基因、22个转运RNA基因和2个核糖体RNA基因。基于该物种以及21种近缘硬骨鱼物种的完整线粒体基因组构建了系统发育树，以评估它们的系统发育关系和进化情况。
