[Localization of SsoII restriction endonuclease and methylase genes on the map of the P4 plasmid].

The restrictional mapping of naturally occurring plasmid P4 from Shigella sonnei 47 strain coding for the SsoII restriction endonuclease and methylase genes has been made. Using the genetic engineering approach the locations of the SsoII host cell specificity system enzymes genes have been determined.
