The extent of the treatment of periodontal diseases in dental practice does not yet correspond to the rate of morbidity. To realize early detection and early treatment, the authors give suggestions for the motivation of the dentists, for a conception of the educational objectives, for the orientation of the qualification of dentists for a specialty and for the organization of health protection.
牙科实践中牙周疾病的治疗程度尚未与发病率相匹配。为了实现早期发现和早期治疗，作者针对牙医的积极性激发、教育目标的构想、牙医专科资质的定位以及健康保护的组织等方面提出了建议。
