Two patients with a renal cell carcinoma under went a partial nephrectomy. In both these cases the renal cell carcinoma had been detected incidentally and the lesion was a localized small tumor. Therefore, a partial nephrectomy was performed similarly, the tumor size was 1.8 x 1.7 cm in both cases, but the histologic grading was grade 1 in one case and grade 2 in the other though the stage was pT2VoNoMo, stage 1 in both. We thus consider it recommendable that a partial nephrectomy be performed not only in cases of a solitary or bilateral renal cell carcinoma but also in selected cases of a renal cell carcinoma with normal contralateral kidney.
两名肾细胞癌患者接受了部分肾切除术。在这两个病例中，肾细胞癌均为偶然发现，病变为局限性小肿瘤。因此，同样进行了部分肾切除术，两个病例的肿瘤大小均为1.8×1.7 cm，但组织学分级一例为1级，另一例为2级，尽管分期均为pT2VoNoMo，即均为1期。因此，我们认为不仅在孤立性或双侧肾细胞癌病例中，而且在对侧肾脏正常的肾细胞癌的选定病例中进行部分肾切除术是可取的。
