A technique for concomitant whole duodenopancreatectomy and hepatectomy for transplantation in the multiple organ donor.

A technique for removing both the liver and whole pancreas from multiple organ donors weighing 30 kilograms was described. All organs removed have had satisfactory primary function. It is hoped that popularization of this technique will permit the obtaining of more whole pancreases for transplantation.
