Abstract
Comparative study of the rejection of 26 heart and liver xenografts in strain discordant combination (guinea pig/rat lewis) allows the authors to establish the liver's weakest sensibility to natural xenoantibodies, the modesty of histological signs on liver xenograft rejection, and these lost's more longer survival. The results are compared to those obtained with 26 heart and liver isografts.

对26例异种心脏和肝脏移植（豚鼠/大鼠Lewis品系不匹配组合）排斥反应的比较研究，使作者能够确定肝脏对天然异种抗体的敏感性最低、肝脏异种移植排斥反应的组织学征象较轻，以及这些移植器官存活时间更长。将这些结果与26例心脏和肝脏同基因移植的结果进行了比较。
