Lip eczema is an infrequent problem in Contact Dermatitis Units (CDU). Very few series have been published to date that show the profiles of such patients and the causes of their eczemas, and none are Spanish. The goal of this study was to analyze the epidemiological profile of the patients who attend a CDU in our setting, the main diagnoses and the relevant allergens.
A retrospective review was made of the patients referred to the CDU in the 2005-2014 period. Patch tests were carried out with the extended standard series of the Spanish Research Group on Allergic Contact Dermatitis (Grupo Español de Investigación en Dermatitis Alérgica de contacto - GEIDAC), our own products and other complementary sets.
The most frequent diagnoses in the 78 patients studied were allergic contact dermatitis and atopic dermatitis. The most frequent relevant allergens were cosmetics and topical medications.
It is essential to study the patients with lip eczema with patch tests to be able to correctly determine their etiology and accordingly to carry out the most suitable treatment.
唇部湿疹在接触性皮炎诊疗单元（CDU）中是个不常见的问题。迄今为止，很少有系列研究发表，展示此类患者的情况及其湿疹病因，且没有西班牙的相关研究。本研究的目的是分析在我们机构就诊于CDU的患者的流行病学特征、主要诊断及相关变应原。
对2005年至2014年转诊至CDU的患者进行回顾性研究。采用西班牙变应性接触性皮炎研究组（Grupo Español de Investigación en Dermatitis Alérgica de contacto - GEIDAC）的扩展标准系列、我们自己的产品及其他补充套装进行斑贴试验。
在研究的78例患者中，最常见的诊断为变应性接触性皮炎和特应性皮炎。最常见的相关变应原是化妆品和外用药物。
对唇部湿疹患者进行斑贴试验以正确确定其病因并据此进行最适宜的治疗至关重要。
