The very numerous group of the diabetics with final stage renal disease, the peculiar and excess problems, which do not only concern their body, but also their social and psychological state, demand constant efforts for their solution. In this work methods and nursing approaches for these problems in the base of the patients personal care and the nursing process are tried and presented.
患有终末期肾病的糖尿病患者群体非常庞大，他们面临着特殊且诸多的问题，这些问题不仅涉及身体，还关乎其社会和心理状态，需要持续努力加以解决。在这项工作中，基于患者的个人护理和护理流程，尝试并呈现了针对这些问题的方法和护理途径。
