Postpneumonectomy-like syndrome is very rare disease caused by parenchymal lung disease. Here we present a case of surgical management of postpneumonectomy-like syndrome occurred by tuberculosis destroyed lung. A 43-year-old women with tuberculosis destroyed lung presented with dyspnea. She underwent surgery for extra-pleura dissection and implant a normal saline breast bag to reposition mediastinum. The patient is alive with stable pulmonary function.
肺切除术后样综合征是一种由实质性肺部疾病引起的非常罕见的疾病。在此，我们报告一例因肺结核毁损肺导致的肺切除术后样综合征的外科治疗病例。一名43岁患有肺结核毁损肺的女性出现呼吸困难。她接受了胸膜外剥离手术，并植入一个生理盐水乳房袋以重新定位纵隔。患者存活，肺功能稳定。
