Abstract
Neurotic and psychosomatic aspects of psychogenesis problem are examined on the basis of author's data (experimental and clinical) and literature. At indubitable primate of psychogenic factor, the significance of risk factors is particularly accentuated in neuroses genesis. The thesis is acute and chronic visceral destabilization and neurotizing action as obligatory components. Possibilities of cortico-visceral conception at contemporary stage are critically analyzed.

基于作者的数据（实验性和临床性）以及文献，对心理发生问题的神经症和身心方面进行了研究。在心理因素无疑占主导地位的情况下，危险因素在神经症发生中的重要性尤为突出。本文强调急性和慢性内脏不稳定以及神经化作用是必不可少的组成部分。对当代皮质-内脏概念的可能性进行了批判性分析。
